About the Program

This program was designed to meet you where you are — at the intersection of mental health, mindful movement, and everyday life. By the end, you’ll leave with practical tools and practices that support resilience, clarity, and balance.
Join us for a 4-week experience designed to help you reconnect your mind, body, and breath. This unique collaboration combines stretch therapy, mindfulness practices, and mental health tools guided by Sophia Lorin (HR & Wellness Consultant) and the clinicians of Onyx Therapy Group.
Through a blend of mindful movement and mental health strategies, participants will explore:
  • Managing stress and the body’s natural response
  • Identifying early signs of anxiety
  • Reframing self-talk for confidence
  • Building emotional boundaries
  • Creating healthier beliefs around productivity and rest
  • Practicing self-compassion during setbacks

  • Guided techniques (Body Scan, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, CBT-inspired tools*)

Join us for a single session to experience mindful movement and practical mental health tools. Simply email us with your preferred date, and be sure to register by Thursday at 12 PM (noon) EST to receive your Zoom link in time.

Join using your insurance through CareFirst and its subsidiaries, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, or Cigna. The first session is $15 while your insurance is being processed (please allow up to 5 business days to confirm your copay).
