Join us for a 4-week experience designed to help you reconnect your mind, body, and breath. This unique collaboration combines stretch therapy, mindfulness practices, and mental health tools guided by Sophia Lorin (HR & Wellness Consultant) and the clinicians of Onyx Therapy Group.
Through a blend of mindful movement and mental health strategies, participants will explore:
Managing stress and the body’s natural response
Identifying early signs of anxiety
Reframing self-talk for confidence
Building emotional boundaries
Creating healthier beliefs around productivity and rest
