My journey began on the track and in the gym. After college, I maintained a life as a bodybuilder, Certified Personal Trainer, and Peer Educator while climbing the corporate ladder. I started my journey with a belief in intensity, precision, and performance. It wasn’t until I stepped onto the yoga mat that I learned strength also lives in softness, in breath, in stillness.
Yoga challenged my definition of success. It taught me that slowing down, tuning in, and caring for myself with intention—not perfection—made me powerful in all aspects of my life. Through that experience, I began exploring holistic wellness: movement, meditation, journaling, sound healing, stretch therapy, and rest.
That exploration became a calling—and SoPHIT4you Wellness was born.
At SoPHIT4you, I create safe, supportive spaces where people can release the tension that they’re holding and center themselves. I work with individuals who desire to see themselves grow stronger physically and mentally. Through yoga, stretch therapy, mindful practices, and healthy nutritional habits, I guide clients in building sustainable routines that honor both the body and the mind.
This isn’t about performing wellness. It’s about embodying it—at home, at work, and everywhere in between.
