My journey began on the track and in the gym—as a competitive athlete, bodybuilder, Certified Personal Trainer, Peer Educator, and eventually, a corporate professional. I lived by intensity, precision, and performance. But it wasn’t until I stepped onto the yoga mat that I learned strength also lives in softness, in breath, in stillness.
Yoga challenged my definition of success. It taught me that slowing down, tuning in, and caring for myself with intention—not perfection—was just as powerful as any rep or race. Through that experience, I began exploring holistic wellness: movement, meditation, journaling, sound healing, stretch therapy, and rest.
That exploration became a calling—and SoPHIT4you Wellness was born.
At SoPHIT4you, I create safe, supportive spaces where people can release what they’re holding and return to themselves. I work with corporate employees, caregivers, entrepreneurs, athletes, and everyday individuals who are carrying a lot—and need space to breathe. Through yoga, stretch therapy, mindful practices, and nourishing habits, I guide clients in building sustainable routines that honor both the body and the mind.
This isn’t about performing wellness. It’s about embodying it—at home, at work, and everywhere in between.
