Terms & Conditions

By using this website and booking an appointment with SOPHIT4you, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Communication: We allow a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please text 571.345.8218 to notify your practitioner. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled session at the practitioner’s discretion. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Each session includes a mind and body assessment, so please allow an additional 15 minutes beyond your scheduled stretch time.
Payment & Refunds: A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment, and this deposit will be applied to your final payment. Once services have been rendered, there are no refunds.
Health & Safety: For your safety and that of our practitioners, do not attend your session if you are sick or have experienced symptoms such as coughing, fever, or loss of taste/smell within the last 72 hours.
Injury Disclaimer: If you have recently experienced an injury, you must be cleared by a medical professional before booking a session. Stretch therapy is not appropriate for individuals with sprains, strains, or broken bones.
Liability Waiver / Assumption of Risk: By booking, you acknowledge that stretch therapy and wellness services involve physical activity, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Independent Contractor Disclaimer: Some services may be delivered by independent contractors. These practitioners operate under their own licenses and certifications. SoPHIT4you, LLC is not responsible for their personal practice outside of scheduled sessions arranged through this platform.
Non-Medical Disclaimer: Our services are for wellness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional mental health care. Always consult with a physician for medical concerns.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
