I’m Sophia, founder of SoPHIT4You Wellness.

Certified Personal Trainer, Bodybuilder, Certified Peer Educator, Assisted Stretch Practitioner and Yoga Instructor.

My path has taken me from athlete to bodybuilder to corporate employee—and now, to wellness educator. I’ve learned that real strength isn’t just physical. It’s found in stillness, in breath, in choosing rest. Through yoga, stretch therapy, and mindfulness, I guide others in building sustainable routines that support healing, focus, and calm. Whether you’re on your own personal journey or part of a workplace team, this work is about reconnecting—with yourself and your body.
